Issues with Beocenter 2200 ( no sound, FM button will not light up)

Morning Everyone, I love the B+O products and have a beocenter 2600 which i brought back to life and a beogram 1700. I know acquired the beocenter 2200 and am a bit stuck, so thought I would reach out to the people who seem to know most about these items. I saved this item from the garbage.  When I brought it home initial tests kept blowing the amp fuse,  I located a bare wire and fixed that issue and it no longer blows. I also resoldered the head wires onto the tape deck, which now appears to function. Issue 1: When I turn the unit on I can start the tape, and the green bar lights up indicating that there is a signal.    There is no sound coming from any of the speakers or the headphones?  I do not have any sound at all in am, fm, just silence, just a slight brief buzz if switching from speakers 1 to 2 or vice versa. Does anyone have any idea where to start with at least? Issue 2, for now less important to me: when I press the FM button it does not light up red,  I can only go into fm if I press p1.   I do not appear to be hitting any stations with am or fm as the stereo light never lights up green.  I am not certain if this may have anything to do with no antenna or other. The unit is apart and probably will be for sometime :) Any suggestions apprecated, Mark
Also, if there is any additional details needed which I missed please let me know.   thanks again
