Beogram TX2 "wiggly" tonearm when it coming back to resting position

My son has a newly accuired second live Beogram TX2 in nice condition. Its working perfectly fine but the only "issue" is that the tonearm is a bit "wobbly" when comes back to the resting position. It travels fine back, but its when its about to "park" its clear something might be missing inside. Any advise?

Can you post a video of this return action? Also when the arm is cued up is it loose side-to-side if you lightly tap it?
Thanks for reply @Mark-sf I have been traveling, hence being late coming back with a video. Think the issue is a bit of a "hard stop" of the carriage. See attached.
