Hello all OK - I've gone through the forums with this one, but seem to have got a  bit stuck on pairing the above was given a Century with a Beo 4 remote ( no serial number)  -was supposed to be working with remote ä few years ago... Century working ok ( except tape transport)  - but remote not talking.   Remote has IR flash coming from it ( via camera phone verification) So - thought IR module capacitors were bust - so ordered new from D SParts, and fitted today. but still no joy   Century does flash 1 ( once)  if I do the  - Power sound 1 store  - routine. Have reset remote ( i think) have removed batteries and powered down both units for half h and restarted  - no joy. what next? Is the IR sensor in the Century supposed to flash at any point? - can't see that happening via phone camera..but most prob just a receiver...?   Cheers
