Hi everyone, I received a Beosound 5 Encore and am having some trouble getting it to work. I hope you have any idea what might be wrong with the device. 1. In the main “Mode” menu, only Radio, A.Aux, and Settings are displayed—no N.Music, even when I plug in a USB drive. 2. Network settings: DHCP enabled / Network Connection: Yes / IP address is present 3. Roles: N.Music 4. Under Maintenance -> About -> Cryotec 1.0.0 - Software Update -> no new software The Encore doesn’t detect a USB flash drive and apparently can’t connect to the Beomaster 5 (Service Settings - Music Storage). When I select a radio station, the radio name flashes and no logos appear. I’ve already performed a reboot and a factory reset, but unfortunately without success. Is there a way to reinstall the software or get the system up and running some other way? I’d appreciate any advice. Thank you
