My Beovision Eclipse MK2 has started behaving strangely, and I’m hoping someone here has come across this before. When I switch the TV on with the BeoRemote One, everything works normally for about 5–10 minutes. After that, the BeoRemote One can no longer control the TV, while the LG remote still works as usual. Oddly, I can still change the volume with the BeoRemote One, but the volume indicator no longer appears on screen, and the LG remote can’t change the volume at all. It almost seems as if the B&O sound section is still running but has lost its connection to the LG side of the set. The TV is running the current software version, and so far I have tried a full reset. Has anyone experienced something similar, or does anyone have an idea what might be causing this? Any help would be much appreciated.
