Hello,
I am buying a Beogram 2402 Turntable with a MMC 20EN Cartridge.
My tuner / amp requires a preamp, and I am not sure what preamp to buy.
Most ones I see as either MM or MC compatible. Since B&O Cartridges are MMC, I do not know what to use.
Please help.

Essentially, a B&O mmc cartridge is a moving magnet “mm” so you need a phono preamp that can handle around 3.0mv output impedance from the cartridge. It depends on budget too, there are preamps with both mm/mc settings.
