For sale is my B&O Beocenter 9500 from 1986. I bought this from the original owner in the late 1990's and have used it sporadically over the years. Even with an old set of Infinity bookshelf speakers, the quality is amazing. Its time to clean the closet, so this (and my entire setup) has to go. After doing a little reading here I have decided I underestimated the level of Audiophile on this page, so if my description, photos, or videos are too simple, or dont answer your questions please dont hesitate to ask, and I will do my best. It is in excellent condition, but does have a common problem, the tape deck needs a new belt (I'm told). It includes the original remote, 2 RCA connections, speaker connections, and an antenna (no manual). Both doors open/close perfectly. The hiccup you hear on the CD is a scratch on my copy of CTA, not an issue with the player.  The door covering the connections doesn't close all the way because my reel-to-reel is above the unit, not below so the cables are routed up.  No scratches, or blemishes, no cracks in the glass. This is as close to perfect as any 40 year old equipment can be. I live near Kalamazoo Michigan USA (49080 zip code). I will ship anywhere, using any shipper the buyer requests, but the buyer pays for shipping, actual cost, no markup. It will need to be packed by the shipper so they can insure it properly for actual value. I would consider traveling for a local pickup instead of shipping if close. I only see 1 other 9500 listed here in this condition and its listed for $2300 US. That one is fully reconditioned, so probably worth more that mine. My price is $750 USD + shipping.
