Can i connect a Beogram 2404 turntable to a Beomaster 1900 receiver? Thank you for any help you can offer.

Yes. Just plug it in.
If the Beogram 2404 has 7 pins in the DIN plug, you must unscrew the outer two using a small flat-bladed (watch-makers) screwdriver, or the Beomaster socket will not accept it.
The two pins are for datalink communication, which is not supported by Beomaster 1900.
