Hi My Beosound Theatre + LG TV, 2 x Beolab 8s and 2 Beolab 18s is in one room and a Beosound Stage in another room (a wired system)::
  • the Stage has become unresponsive with respect to the TV sound (from Sky) reaching the Stage in the Multiroom scenario: it used to work!
  • the Stage has sound when playing Spotify tracks actioned from my phone or music from a NAS on the Network actioned through the B&O App;
  •  when the Multiroom icon is activated (B&O App) the Multiroom screen shows the Stage volume icon. Tapping and sliding the volume icon for the Stage results in no sound coming through to the speaker but the sound graph icon is activated for the Stage and the LEDs on the Stage are lit and white;
  • TV and B & O App software updates have been noted over the last few months!
  • It’s as if the system is stuck in Music mode!
  • resets, TV Sound settings (HDMI-eARC) checked!
Any thoughts or shared experience of such Multiroom situations appreciated to sort out this problem!
