Getting the original BEO5/BEO6 XML files

Does anyone know (Keith Saunders especially) whether any B&O dealer that has access to the configuration tool, can access the original XML files on the system. If the dealer that programmed the remote closes, can another dealer access the server and either change the current configuration or give you a copy of the XML file to save and work on yourself. Hey, we have about 10 Beo 6 remotes, our service center that we used to program the remotes originally has closed down I believe the programing was uploaded to the data. does anyone here have access to the data that could possibly download it for me, willing to pay for time. Tim.
