beocenter 7007 RECORD PLAYER SPINNING VERY VERY FAST

Recently my beocenter started to have an issue with the record player , it spinns very fast without corecting the speed if i press 33 or 45 ,  i put it on service mode and measured the pins of the motor wires while i had pressed the turn button , it runs on 13,7 volts!! any suggestions? is the turntable board faulty?
Somewhere wrong with the motor circuit apparently. Perhaps missing feedback from the motor? Did you check the speed setting trimmers? Martin
Goodmorning , thank you Martin for your responce , i did check the trimmers moved them anti-clock wise but nothink reduced the speed , the motor is 3 v but i measured 13.5 on the pins in motors socket while i had pressed the turn button
Check for cracked solder joints - especially where connectors are soldered into PCBs. Check also the supply voltage to the motor control circuit. Martin
