Hi,
Can anyone help with this issue ? My Beocenter 7007 will not record on the left channel ,everything else works really well. I have changed the tape head and carried out some signal tracing but the inter connection of circuit boards is confusing.

Embarrassing to be replying to my own post but after hours of tracing and scrutinizing cct diagrams it turns out the Record Volume slider needed some switch cleaner. Hope this helps someone not make the same mistake as me.
