Hello guys Can you help? My beocentre 9300 doesn't remember any settings when powered off at the mains plug( unplugged) I've tried to leave it plugged in for a week and then unplugged it for 2 mins then back on but still the volume is at zero and the remote needs reconnecting with the 9300 also other settings like noise reduction switch back on when I previously had it off. Is this due to some memory battery that needs replacement?? If so where can I buy one please. Thanks Dave . Uk
