I picked up a Beocord 5000 cassette player with the Beomaster 5000 and Beogram 5000 set. Unfortunately, the Beocord was not working. After opening it up, all of the belts have turned to sludge. Just bits of belts laying around inside and stuck on the chassis and gummed up on the spindles. This can be cleaned so no worries. I have replacement belts, however I am unsure of how these go in. I have reviewed the schematics, but these are unclear of the belt placement in the tape drive mechanism. Does anyone know of a resource that shows the correct placement of these belts in the assembly? Thank you!
