Newby to beograms but experienced lightly in other decks. Got a 3400 5726. Replaced belt still running at 32.9 RPM. Where is the fine adjustment located?

3400 speed adjustment

There are small knurled knobs under the black trim aligned with the speed indicators.
A red fingerwheel sticks out at the rear of the operating panel - towards the platter, for fine adjustments.
A lit digit is on the panel right above it, indicating its setting. See the user manual.
Base adjustments can be accessed through holes the Beograms bottom plate.
