Good morning. I inherited a Beogram 1203 turntable from my grandfather. I'm French so in advance, excuse me for my vocabulary. Here's my problem: when I turn it on, the arm starts to travel, but once above the vinyl, it goes back a little. and then nothing more. When I turn it off, the arm stays in place and we hear clicks and clacks in the unit. could anyone help me? thank you.

This is a mechanical problem, and you must be a real technician to solve it, take of the "frictionsplatte" part nr. 93 and ten look when you move the tonearm the part nr 104 is moving also. if not, that is the problem!
