Beogram 1203, broken speed selector

I have here a Beogram 1203 in very nice condition from a first owner. But is has a broken speed selector. It is such a bad state that you even can't make a replication from this. The plastic falls apart just by touching it. So just glueing it back together isn't an option. I even wonder whether this could be ordered as a sparepart as I can't find it in the servicemanual.   Does someone has this as a sparepart or another idea to solve this?

Yes Has little glue remains, but they should file off easily. Martin
