Dear Beo world I have a problem with my BG 8000 as when I got it I plugged it in and it showed a C on the display and did nothing else, no response to any of the buttons. I don’t know how but somehow I figured out that when I moved the slider with the tone arm , away from the pin there was a little click and then the C on the display got brighter and the light on the sensor arm illuminated.   I figured the best thing that I could do was order a recap kit and start that process, so I knew that at least that was all in order. I have now done the recap and I’m still left with the same problem, I wondered if anyone has had this fault before so I would know where I could start to look to diagnose this problem.
