Air suspension broken

Hello, I own a Beolab 3500 since year 2002. It always worked fine. In the last days I heard horrible sounds coming from it. So I opened the two front panels and realized that the right-side cone has the pneumatic suspension broked (missing a part). Now I have two questions for you, B&O Enthusiasts: a) better replace both cones, or just the broken one? b) where to find the spare parts? Thank you all for your replies
B&O fan since adolescence. I have a multi room audio-video system with Master Link connection. In 2016 integrated the system with Beosound 5. I'm satisfied 'cause I use it for hours everyday, but sometimes any device need reparation.
Have a search (either google or the forum) for 'speaker refoaming' or more specifically 'Beolab 3500 speaker refoaming'. There are also replacement drivers on UK eBay, both second hand and 'new old stock', but both appear to be quite expensive.

Hello everyone, I just got a brand new woofer, and I already replaced the broken one on the left side. The new woofer works great, but now no sound comes from the right side of Beolab 3500. What could be the cause? Maybe when I reconnected the beolab 3500, the master link plug was not properly plugged? I will check it out...

Check suspension on the other side speaker: maybe if you replace one woofer but not the other insignificant discrepanthy have become significant. If you replaced both, it just may be a loose connection. Also, dumb assumption but you know sometimes, check Balance settings. Low chances it will be the ML plug.

Thanks for your reply. I tried to connect the Beolab 3500 to another cable, and it works properly. At this point, I do believe there was something wrong in the Master Link plug
