Hi Called out  to an old customer who has beolab 14 set with the sub an 4 speakers connected to bvis 10-46, not seen this set up before, speakers all conneected to sub and rj45 going to beovision 10, it all appears to be working, but volume levels are very low compared to active speakers is this normal? Also I notice they have an older Apple TV, I take this can be upgraded to a mk3? If so how is this distrubted round the link system as the Apple TV only has hdmi, and there are two bvis 6-26 in the set up
