Hello all.
Some time ago I sold my lab 9 and bought ex demo 20s.
Have to say,im not that impressed, the bass seems to be significantly more than lab 9 but sometimes its as if there is nothing there
I out this down to the software. How can I update it? and what would any update bring?

To my knowledge, software updates must be done using a Transmitter 1 over WISA (unless you’re a dealer) but I think the only updates are related to WISA stability and such. I don’t think there are sound-related updates that have been made.
In any case, updating software is described in B&O support docs if you search for them.
