Hi, I’m having an issue with my Beolab 50 speakers and the B&O app. The app no longer shows the speakers’ remote control functions. Instead it opens with the list of products to choose from. Then, if I swipe that list to the right I can see the missing BL50 screen appearing momentarily, until I release my finger, however not operable. Please see attached screenshot. Also interestingly, when I navigate the app to Settings > Products > Beolab 50 > Configure in the B&O app, the Beolab 50 is listed there, and I can make changes. I contacted customer service, but after several exchanges, they simply suggested I reach out to a local dealer. I wanted to check here first to see if anyone else has experienced this issue or has any helpful advice. Thanks in advance!
