Beolab28 issuing constant white noise from one of the driver

hi All I’m enjoying my Beolab28 without any problem … until recently since few hours : one of the Beolab28 is issuing a constant « white noise » from one of its driver: one of the mid range (up, right) is emitting this noise whenever the speaker is ON. - no matter which source I’m using - the speaker is connected to router via ethernet - the speaker is up to date (4.1.3), and I’ve factory reset it, run Room compensation again, and unpair / repaired the stereo with the other beolab can you please help me ? I’m very worried it could be a hardware issue ??
Reach out to your local service provider or store. Allow remote support via the app. The store/service provider will log into the speakers and check for issues along with sending a log report to denmark. They will need to know the serial numbers of the speakers.
