Hi i am experiencing random sound cut off on one of my Beolabs 4000. The sound disappears, can come back, just randomly comes and goes.
I changed the rca cable, opened the unit ( foam is fine it is the new one),checked for any loose cable, cleaned contacts with alcohol, sprayed the power switch with contact cleaner, nothing helps.
Any ideas ?

I would suggest swapping it from right to left just to check it is not the source - I guess you have done this already - in which case I can only imagine there is a fault in the amplifier - will need service - from experience, Multicare know what they are doing. About to take one of my Pentas in which has done something similar!
