Beomaster 2400 15V tr27 temp

Quick question, after a successful recap and new bulbs on my 2400, I noticed that the 15V transistor (2TR27) runs at 54C/133F at the I/O plate.  I just wanted to check if this is normal or I have to do a post op.  I did adjust the 15v supply to spec before assembly. p s. On first assembly I had forgotten the anti-grounding gromet on the transistor, but quickly remedied.
Yes, it runs warm. Martin
