Hello all, got an odd one and hoping the community could help me out.
I have a Beomaster 3500 BM3500 with an issue on the 4x7 red display. part number in the manual is 8300244. the first digit doesn't not display at all and the second digit, only the top half displays. I can see it changes with volume or station, but display isn't complete.
Any thoughts on what this could be?

Bad solder joints?

been through it and re-flowed a few including all of the display and a few from 6IC3 but no change.
I have managed to ascertain exactly which segments are not working. all working apart from the second array. working lines only, shown below.
