I have a full Beosystem 3500, all wall mounted and looking as stylish as ever.
I have a question in relation to the mute operation of the BM. When playing a record on the BG 3500, if I press mute, the BM mutes the sound, however the BG keeps playing silently.
I may be wrong, but I would have assumed the BG would lift the tone arm (pause playing) at the same time?
Is this correct operation?

this is correct behaviour. Allows the BM3500 to distribute the sound toothed rooms if you are running a link system.
If you press STOP you will achieve what you are describing.
