Beomaster 4000 switch repair

Hey guys Anyone repaired a switch on the Beomaster 4000 or the 3000-2 ? You know the plastic nub on the switch seems to wear down so it no longer works. Is there a way to make that work again ? It seems to be a problem with these units. ( especially speaker 1 switch )  Any suggestions would be great. Thanks Graydon

A donor switch panel is what I’ve used. An annoying job but very well worth the time.
