I recently dug out my late father's Beomaster 5500 amplifier/tuner, Beogram CD50, Beogram  5500, Beocord 5500 & MCP 5500, which had been languishing unused in a box for ~15 years. I bought a pair of CX100 on eBay to replace the pair he used to have but can't be found. Anyway, with the help of the manuals on this site - and helpful comments from members - I have been able to resurrect the system and am thoroughly enjoying it. I _genuinely_ couldn't have done it without this forum. I have bought many spares (belts / grommets / feet / bushes  / capacitors etc) from beoparts-shop, who provide a first class service. All I now need to do is have the MMC4 cartridge looked at by audio-origin. So, many thanks to all on here!
