Hi all sorry in advance as I know this must have been asked a thousand times but I still can’t (after about 3 years) get this to work. I currently set the bass loudness etc each time I turn the system on. I know there must be a way to store this so it’s there each time I turn it on. I have the beo 4 remote (and the beolink. 1000 but that’s for show). I’ve done the list > a setup > the bass loudness etc > the s store > ok but it never stores it should I get a message to say it’s stored? Each time I do this it’s never keeps the setting when I turn it back on - and can you set the turn on volume as currently it blasts out if you forget and don’t have the remote near by! Many thanks!

Hi jameswmunson, could it be that the back-up battery is dead?
Besides that, I do recall some BMs needed the STORE command to be made twice before keeping the settings. Maybe worth a try.
When the storing of the sound setting works, it will also store the volume setting at the time of storing.
