Hello!
I've got an Audio Technica AT-LP3 record player that I've connected to my newly repaired Beomaster 1900. I've got a phono-5din adapter to connect the record player but my question is, what should I do about ground? I have a lot of hum and static popping through the speakers when I touch the record player. I have a ground wire from the record player which is currently attached to the bottom of the 1900 but doesn't seem to make a difference. Thanks.

Have you tried to connect the ground lead to the central pin (pin 3) on the DIN connector? Or to the DIN connector shield?
