On iPad, it is impossible for anyone to send you the app. The app may only be downloaded from the App Store, if it is at all available.
I am rather curious as to whether you eventually solved this issue. Can you share?
The B&O setup iPad App is useless: it don't add no or out any feature at all.
The only thing that happens when you dock an iPad to the A3 is a specific speaker adjustment for voice or music that appears in the settings section.
This appears whether the app is installed or not.
