Hi, can anyone assist. Just bought a pair of the Ex's to go with my Sony NWA 306 dap. Fantastic earbuds but I do find them for a better word sometimes not loud enough on certain tracks. Unfortunately I can't load the app onto my player even though the play store app. I have to crank up the volume to nearly the limit to get any decent results. I've never had an issue with my other buds I own? Is they're an external Play Store App that would compliment the buds such as a Volume Booster or Equaliser?
