I bought Beosound 1 from Japan (Yahoo Auction). When i have product, it required PIN security code (4 digits), but i don't know and i can't ask Retailer coz Auction in Japan. I confirmed i'm not a thief, this is my commitment that i can signed and responsible for Legal Policy.
Now, my BS1 always turn on/off after few minutes. I can't get any FM/AM signal; CD can play 1-2 minutes then turn off.
Pls support me and tell me how to fix it. I already spent a lot of money for this.

Hello and thank you would have been welcome when you ask for help.
That being said, there is no way to retrieve a missing pincode as far as I know.
Things you can try:
- if your device came with papers, look for a 4 figure number handwritten somewhere.
- If your friendly with a B&O dealer, talk with him to see if he agrees to help you.
- Talk with seller. It may be impossible but it should be more possible than guessing the right pincode out of the blue.

You cannot just try over and over again. After 5 attempts it will shut down for 3 hours.
Either you get the PIN from previous owner or you get the master PIN from B&O head quarter. To get the master PIN you need prove of purchase. Again.... This documentation should be provided by the seller.
There is no work-around ... Very efficient theft protection ...
