I've been searching on the forums and I've seen some answers, but nothing is working. I've just added a Beosound 5 to my B&O collection, and it is working (it still has the previous owner's music on it, and works fine in that respect), but my problem is, I cannot get my PC to 'see' it, and I cannot get it to connect to the internet. I'm assuming it will need a software update too, but I'll have to get it connected first! I've installed the BeoConnect app downloaded from the BS5 support page on the B&O site, but it does not see the BS5.  I've checked the client settings on my router and the BS5 is listed there as a client (it's connected to a network switch via LAN), but when I run the BeoConnect app, the BS5 is not showing. I've done a full system recovery by the way, but that didn't make any difference. Any help would be much appreciated.
