BEOSOUND 9000 becomes mute

Hello, I am a proud owner of a Beosound 9000 since 2002. It always worked fine, just 6 years ago I had to replace the laser lens. Everything fine till last week, when it started to be in trouble. The problem is that when I switch it ON, it starts playing music for about 20-40 seconds, then silence, despite the CD keep turning. If I switch it OFF, then ON, he is totally mute. If I make a reset, pressing the button OFF+CD6, he starts playing again, but just for 20-40 seconds. The other sources (Radio, N. Radio and N. Music) works perfectly. Does someone know what happened and how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance to whom will reply.

Have you tried the test mode and see what that reports? See e.g.,

It is sure: the output board is KO; does someone know where can I find a new one?

Does anybody have the electronic diagram of the main board of BEOSOUND 9000  Type no. 2571 (MK3)?

Hello, I got to put my BS9000 mk3 in test mode. Test 27 did not gave me the answer I was looking for: just ml 8 error, that indicates an issue in masterlink circuit. Everything OK with test 73, after laser replacement; he said "aps adjusted" , but the problem remains the same. The strangest thing happened with test 71, that opened the lid, then closed it, and the sledge went to position 6, then to 5, 4 , 3 and 2. Then turned OFF; no error or anything displayed. I did it more time, always with the same result. What does it mean?   Sorry, I didn't read that to make test 71, the position 1 must be without the CD, while positions 2,3,4,5 and 6 must have the CD placed. I repeated the test with position 1 empty, and it results OK.

I did the test 27 more times; at the first attempt, I have found various errors, then I realized they were errors of 10 years ago. So I erased them and started the test more times. Now it says that everything is fine (no errors at all) but the problem with CD remains the same. If it was the output board to need reparation, is that one the service manual calls PCB41?

What happens is that, when I am cooling the C403 on PCB32 with compressed air, the souud comes back, but it lasts any seconds, then disappears again. What does it mean?
