Hello everyone, I recently bought a second hand Beosound 9000 which apparently only had a problem with the CD player lens. When I turned it on, the glass lid did not open, it sounds like a humming noise but it doesn't move. I read in the documentation and saw in videos that it is possible to open it manually. I have not been able to open it manually, the mechanism is stuck. I have tried carefully and with the force that seemed more than enough with both hands, one on each end. I even almost lifted the beosystem off the table, I don't think that much force is necessary. I know that to disassemble it I first have to remove the glass cover, but if I can't open it I can't access the screws to remove it. Has this happened to anyone? Is there anything else I can try? I'm afraid I'm stuck too. Thank you so much.
