Beosound 9000 MKII - CD spinning in reverse

I was hoping somebody could give me some advice with the CD error I am currently encounter on my Beosound 9000 MKII. Some months ago, I have exchanged the laser unit which helped. CD player then worked mostly after a while; it seemed like after the system had warmed up. Now, after several month of not using the system, I have tried to play a CD again, the CD spins backward and then the CD player goes into PAUSE. In Test mode with Nr TM73, after the TM71 is successfully completed, it spins in reverse too but the error there is CD Error 2. When checking in test mode under TM27 the errors showing are CD Error 2 and under APS, the error it shows Nr 15 which is something to do with timing / auto positioning which has taken longer than 5sec.  Has anybody ever had the same experience? Any input would be very much appreciated.
Hi, How was the laser changed, by whom and sourced where?

Location: Paris France

Thank you matador Sorry for the late response - currently travelling. The laser was changed by me, and I followed mostly the instructions - manual. I have purchased the laser from a dealer in Germany - a new unit and I have found it online. As I have mentioned earlier, the laser did work after the exchange but only when the system somehow warmed up (I guess) However after CD player had not been used for a longer period, the CD Player is now not functioning anymore - spinning backwards. Thank you Roman
