Morning everyone,
My Beosound 9000 mount did not come with the custom tool to set the CD mechanism to the correct mounting orientation. Is it OK to (carefully) move the two arrows on the rear of the 9000 with a suitably sized screwdriver? And if 'no', does anyone know where I can purchase the tool?

Hi,
Yes it's ok. You can also use the handle of a coffee spoon or whatever is flat, thin and large.
