Hi every profesional! I'm using Beosound Century (the deck is made by Philips WT01 RER 5. When i push PLAY button, the HEAD did not move up to touch the TAPE. I don't know how to fix it? Would you please tell me what's happended? and how to fix it? Thks!

A common problem is a bad belt.
Is the motor running?

- Thanks for your support. I already changed the belt (other type not same original, i bought in market. The big motor was not spinned. The smaller spinned a little bit ( you saw in video). Would you suggest me how to check and fix it?
