When I plug an Internet radio or Cocktail Audio music library into the AUX plug of my BeoSound Century, there is only a loud static noise. This used to work perfectly until 13 months ago. The local B&O agent has repaired it three times. But after a week of so, the static noise returns. I have replaced the connecting cable,but that does not help. Can anyone suggest the cause and solution? Many thanks.

I would call your B&O contact and ask them to explain what they actually repaired each time. That should help you understand what may be wrong - perhaps between you both you could suss out a long term fix?
