Now that I've finally entered the NL era of B&O equipment, I gave in and bought a Moment that was going for a good price on eBay.  I know that opinions are split on the Moment and really I'd have preferred a BS5 or BS5 Encore, but they normally demand too high a price considering their age and lack of support, and often not even in particularly good condition. The seller had a great rating and assures me it was working before it was shipped.  It was very well packaged, but I'm getting nothing except a screen backlight.  The tablet is getting power as the screen has some illumination, but nothing is displayed.  The haptic feedback works on the volume wheel too, but without anything actually being displayed, it has no function. I'v restarted the base (hold down both buttons until the lights flash), and I've restarted the tablet/jukebox (push the recessed reset button for 2 seconds), but it makes no difference - an empty screen is all I'm getting. Any ideas, or is it looking like I'll have to return it?
