Maybe the wrong area of the forum to place this, if so, move it please! Ok whilst trying to load a cd over the weekend, the doors ceased to work automatically, they worked manually. Opened up the case today, the rubber drive band has snapped/broken, why , I have no idea! My question now is, to replace with an equivalent dimensioned 'O' ring, or a genuine piece? I haven't looked on Ebay as yet(where I have obtained bands in the past or do I use a genuine outlet for said band? If genuine, anyone out there with suggestions as to sources, preferaby europe based because of the brexit import duties etc! I may well be back with more questions, as I also have a drive prob with the tape player, probably another broken band.
