Hello, I have a Beovision 7-32 and I connected a HDMI to Scart because I want to use a Google chromecast. How do I select the chromecast. If I go to settings and then connections I see 4 AV but none shows the chromecast

The chromecast will not show specifically. You need to set up the in-use SCART input to tell the TV what is connected and what button on the remote you wish to use to select it.
It's probably worth have a detailed read of the 'connections' pages of the User Manual or re-reading my post here:
