Hi alls, Would you buy a BV11 without front glass? Actually my question is layered: 1 - yes or no, blunt. 2 - Can the glass be replaced DIY? I thougt about a classic glass cut to mesure (but no coating), Anything with coating including maybe B&O spares (but it will ruin the deal), laquered wood framing the screen (would work but what is the part of the glass in the B&O picture?), or anything I havent think of… 3 - If I find an acceptable solution to replace the glass (BV14 with wood fret is my dream BV followed by the Horizon), is the set reliable or should I fear any tv-engine-pcb-video-render-unit to fail in the next few minutes to years? *Price is three figures and the set is 40'.
