Hello! I'm brand new to the Beoworld and to this forum. I recently acquired a pair of S80 speakers, along with some KEF 104.2's and other equipment, from an estate sale online auction. As it happens, the gentleman who previously owned them passed away and his family was selling everything they didn't want to keep. So, short story long, it appears that these speakers were a project he was working on that was mid-flight when he passed. They have no woofers. All of the hardware appears to be accounted for, in a ziploc bag taped inside the woofer opening along with the retention rings for mounting the woofers. My question is, is there an approximate equivalent replacement driver available that would be a suitable replacement for the original woofers? I've done a fair amount of research but I don't really want to have to alter the existing crossover and overload circuitry. I have purchased a re-cap kit from the beoworld site, so I plan to do that, but I would really like to just install like woofers if at all possible. TIA!

Hi,
You’ll have to find original woofers I’m afraid.
Don’t forget that the speakers were designed around the chosen units.
