As we've said repeatedly, we're adding features as we go - and we've now added the feature to change your Avatar before you post.  For those who have already posted, this can serve as a short cut if you will. At the top of your page you should see a black bar with "Welcome to Beoworld Member ****" If you hover over that there should then be an automatic drop down.  The section we've added is "Edit Profile" If you click on that you'll then see an option to upload your image. Once you've done that, simply update your settings by clicking the relevant button of the same name, and your new Avatar will display immediately! Kindest Regards Lee
