6140164 Is this a B&O part?

My father had this part lying in a drawer, and said that it could be a B&O part. only marking on it is the number 6140164 so question 1: is it a B&O part? 2: if so what is it? thanks in advance

It's B&O alright. Not sure for what, though, but could be a RIAA, so perhaps an input adapter for a TV or a tape recorder. Late 1960s or early-mid 1970s, I'd say. And the 56K resistor has a bad solder joint. Perhaps the reason it was replaced. Martin
