Hi All, I have recently bought a second hand 7-40 tv and although the set and dvd player work I don't seem to be able to enter into any of the menus to set up the speaker or sound system or other features like the stand position. When I press menu on the beo4, I get play timer coming up with for example DTV SETUP above PLAY TIMER and OPTIONS below it but the cursor will not move between the variables and won't even enter in the PLAY TIMER menu. Any ideas or suggestions would be very much appreciated!

Is it possible you may have bought a model previously used in a hotel room?
Have you tried contacting B&O customer services with the serial number? Might help.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have since realised that the later version beo4 remote that came with the set had, not as I presumed a missing GO button but, a missing joystick with the navigation feature enabled on the set! Anyway, since managing to disable the navigation feature I can now use my other beo4s!
