A question of ohm

I recently changed the center speaker of my home theatre system to a Bowers and Wilkins HTM 72 S3, which according to the literature has an impedance of 8 ohm. For my front left and right I use Beolab 18 and for my sub Beolab 19 and for my surround ceiling mounted Beolab 15 - all set up for wireless using Transmitter 1 from a Marantz SR 6015 pre-amp out. The maranta default is 8 ohm. I have unsuccessfully tried to figure out the impedance of the Bang and Olufsen speakers, and I am wondering they do not exist because they are powered speakers receiving signal from the pre-amp out. If that is correct then I should only have to worry about the one passive speaker the B&W. Am I seeing this correctly.?
Your are correct, you only need to worry about the passive speaker. The impedance for the active speakers is irrelevant because there is no external amplifier driving them.
